ATHLETIC CLEARANCES
The window 2025-26 Athletic Clearances is now open.
All athletes must be cleared prior to the first day of practice.
All Clearances must be submitted online. No Exceptions
To begin the Online Athletics Clearance:

(Physicals must be dated AFTER June 1, 2025 – NO EXCEPTIONS)
(volunteer drivers must complete and return to your coach)
Transportation Contribution Form – Available soon
New Transportation Policy – Teams will visit the Business Office as a group with completed forms and contributions during scheduled practice time. Coaches will notify you of when this is scheduled.
